Well my working changes are now in place. I am working solely from my therapy room in Heysham with also some remote CST sessions. After an enquiry into Clearing the 7 Generations sessions, I am now offering these remotely as a 1-2-1.
A wee reminder of the free Grounding & Healing Meditation video call, for any and all who would like to participate, on the second Monday of the month (11/3/24) from 7-8pm. Use this link: meet.google.com/xsx-grkj-sgb to take you to the video call. All information is on my website, https://www.trishspence.co.uk/grounding-healing-meditation
I’m also enjoying the little volunteering that I’ve done so far at the Gregson and I’m pleased with my exhibition at the Re-Store.
I had forgotten my seasonal remedy Fire Cider to rid us of the seasonal lurgy, so I made a large jar (many different recipes on Google) early this month. It’s pretty potent stuff, but Dale and I love it. I’m also brewing Kombucha, so if anyone wants a scoby (the mother) please message me. You will have to collect.
My challenge to myself for this month is to do something out of ‘my’ ordinary every week.
Ever since I discovered CST I have found it to be a valuable tool for addressing both the physical and emotional aspects of well-being for myself as well as clients.
Clients often report a sense of catharsis, emotional release, or clarity during or after a CST session, even if they initially sought treatment for physical discomfort or pain. CST is not a prescriptive therapy which means that I have no idea what direction the treatment session will go in before I put my hands on the feet (where I usually begin). I trust that the interconnectedness of the mind, body, and emotions, that highlights the client's inner biological wisdom/the body's innate ability to heal itself when given the right support and conditions, will show me. So, one session may be a 'bit of rock and roll' and the next may be gentle and tender.
When two people become entangled, one person will conform to the energy of the other person. When one of them is a healer whose cells are vibrating at a higher level, the client's cells become entangled, and their energy is lifted. That's why that old saying, "physician heal thyself," is so important, even though most don't understand it: If the physician's energy is going to influence or, in scientific terms, "entrain" the patient's, the doctor's must be higher.

What I’ve been watching this month. The most helpful herbs that help heal the body and prevent disease – The Doctor’s Kitchen with Simon Mills.
I love remedies that are simple and easy to use and this is the mission of Herbalist Simon Mills who promotes the use of kitchen cupboard herbs and herbal teas.
