Friday 5 Minute Finale 10

Dear Peeps

Was anyone feeling tired and out of sorts on Wednesday? Jupiter officially entered grounded and glorious Taurus, and Jupiter the planet of expansion, expands and shines a light on the energy of earthy Taurus. And I love Margaret Koolman’s view on today’s new moon - “This New Moon favours a shift from focus on business, large companies, the housing market, and so on, to focus on what we can do to help each other in our own communities, using our natural abilities as part of a group effort, pooling our resources, finding way to work together with mutual regard, patience, compassion and good will toward all.”

I’m always looking for new ways to create health and well-being in my own body and passing this information on to family, friends and those who come to me for help. A podcast I listened to recently (an interview with the lovely Zach Bush) ties the move of Jupiter into the environment (our bodies, our structure, the earth and the food we grow and eat), as symbolised by Taurus. All this reminds me of a book I read some 10 years ago Pottenger's Cats: A Study in Nutrition.

This book is a study in nutrition which is exactly what it is about, but it is also the story about synchronicity and how that changed the direction of the study Pottenger was going in. Although the study dates back to the 30s and 40s like a lot of scientific data/information it is more applicable in today's world and its implications are far-reaching. Read this 9 page pdf reviewing the book: http://www.ectownusa.net/mineralcountynevada/docs/Potenger%27s%20Cats%20book%20review.pdf

I wish you all glorious weekend. Enjoy your earth and all she has to offer.

Spring Blessings

Trishx
