Dear Peeps
This has been a week of reconnection and inspiration for me regarding our amazing bodies. I’ve listed to some amazing people.
Mauro Zappaterra, through Science and NonDuality, has several videos on the Cerebrospinal Fluid (CSF). I was reminded that CSF is one molecule away from sea water and that amniotic fluid becomes CSF when the embryonic brain becomes a sealed cavity. This nurturing and protective fluid bathes our brain and nervous system inside and outside the brain and spinal cord. The third eye, the cavity behind the space between the eye brows is also bathed in CSF. Such amazing stuff. We are truly miracles.

I also listened to talks on Immunity Reimagined, given by Dr Jeff Bland and Austin Perlmutter, with One Commune. “Your immune system is a receiver of information. Your lifestyle is a transmitter of information.” I’m interested in exploring the scars that the immune system carries.
On a different note, I will be exhibiting with artists from Kings Street Gallery at the Silverdale and Arnside Art and Craft Trail,
