Sit comfortably and take a deep breath in, feeling the cool air fill your lungs.

Visualize a calm and serene environment.

Imagine the soft rustle of leaves or the gentle lapping of water against the shore.

Allow yourself to fully immerse in this peaceful scene.

Take a few more deep breaths, focusing on the sensation of the air moving in and out of your body.

As you exhale, let go of any worries or distractions.

Set an intention for the day, something positive and affirming that will guide you through whatever challenges may come.

When you're ready, take one more deep breath in, slowly exhale, and open your eyes. Carry this sense of calm and clarity with you as you go about your day.
