Greetings and salutations lovely peeps


Well here we are again at the end of another month a few days after new moon and a solar eclipse in Scorpio. I hope you have been able to keep yourselves well grounded or been able to bring yourself back to being grounded this month. It’s been a quiet month for me. A time for changing rhythm and for visiting family, for having friends to dinner and lighting lots of candles. :)


CST this month

This seems to have been a month of overwhelm and emotion. I’ve been glad to be able to provide deep relaxation and release, as well as to bring balance and correction to the whole being – physical, emotional and spiritual. I was told this week that (for the client on the couch) they felt I was working with their etheric body. I love this work that brings so much to those in need.


Once again, in this winter season, need to take care of our kidney and bladder meridians. So keep your middles warm and toasty and drink plenty of water, preferably warm or hot.

I have the privilege of witnessing this powerful process in one of my clients who through, CST and their own commitment to healing, to discovering their unhealthy beliefs and limitations, to consciously change them and as a result experienced the healing change in their body. This is not always an easy process and it takes the will to live and live a healthy and productive life. It takes dedication and a willingness to turn this into a daily practice, even when you don’t feel like it.
