  1. Trust your instincts: If something doesn't feel right, don't hesitate to speak up. As your therapist, I am here to listen and to help you find the answers and solutions you need. But ultimately, you are the expert on your own body, and your instincts can be a valuable guide.

  2. Embrace the power of prevention: Prevention is always better than cure. By making healthy lifestyle choices and getting regular therapy top-ups, you can help prevent many health problems before they even start.

  3. Prioritize self-care: Taking care of yourself is not selfish – it's essential. Make time for activities that nourish your body and soul, whether that means getting enough sleep, eating a healthy diet, practising mindfulness, or simply doing things that bring you joy.
